- Unused products can be returns/exchanged within 7 days of purchase with its original invoice.
- For returns, return shipping cost is to be paid by the buyer. Upon receiving the parcel our QC team will check the product minutely and after their clearance refund will be grated which will be done in 3-5 business days after the approval of QC team.

How do I exchange an item?
Please contact us at sales@ashrafnaturals.com with your queries and our team will facilitate you in the exchange process. Please ship the items to be exchanged to:

Once we receive your package, after QC approval, we will dispatch your new items as soon as possible.
What about return shipping costs?
We apologize but we do not refund any shipping costs. You will be responsible for bearing the cost of sending the items back to us.
